Training Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development initiatives within the organization. This individual will collaborate closely with the Training Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new students.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of courses and academies.
  • Work closely with the Training Manager to ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for successful training sessions.
  • Manage training documentation, including participant lists, training materials, and feedback forms.
  • Communicate effectively with participants to provide pre-training information, collect feedback, and address inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between students and administration, ensuring effective communication.
  • Support the Training Manager in gathering and analyzing feedback from training sessions.
  • Support the HR team in finding new company partners for student employment opportunities.
  • Match qualified students with available job openings, considering skill sets, interests, and availability.

Skills:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, pursuing a degree in -Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally -with candidates and team members.
  • -Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward taking on new challenges in the training/recruitment domain.
