Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our company’s social media presence and content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to achieve our business goals.

Your main focus will be on generating engaging visual and written content for our social media platforms and website, as well as assisting with email marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and implementing video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Main responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Designing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.
Content Creation: Developing visually appealing and compelling written and visual content according to the social media strategy. This includes creating graphics, writing copy, and editing content for social media posts, website content, blogs, and marketing materials, together with the graphic designer.
Email Marketing: Assisting in creating engaging content for email marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
Video Content Creation: Creating and implementing video content specifically for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Analytics and Optimization: Reviewing analytics data to analyze the performance of different content types and channels. Using this data to determine what content is working best and optimizing strategies accordingly.
Trend Monitoring and Engagement: Actively monitoring social media for breaking news and trending topics. Quickly generating, editing, and publishing content to join conversations and increase brand visibility and engagement.
Brand Awareness: Suggesting and implementing new features and strategies to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
Photography and Videography: Taking photos and videos that can be used in social media activities to showcase our products and services effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Constantly looking for new ways to improve content and coming up with engaging ideas to captivate our target audience.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education in Multimedia, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality work efficiently.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Albanian.
Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics and experience in concept creation.
Advanced knowledge of graphic design and related software applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
