SEO Specialist

We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our growing marketing team. As an SEO Specialist, you will help us, by analyzing websites for issues, implementing effective changes, and assisting with the development of new content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings
• analyzing websites for issues, implementing effective changes, and assisting with the development of new content.
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Efficiently communicate with stakeholders to align goals
• Collaborate with our strategic partner to manage SEO strategy on dedicated projects
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field will be a plus
• Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints will be a plus 
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush
• Knowledge of keyword research 
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
• Proficiency in English, Italian will be a plus
