Senior Presales Specialist

We are looking for a senior presales specialist with knowledge in Digital Marketing and Information Technology area. This team member will participate in sales cycles as a member of the virtual sales team in support of the sales strategy.

The Presales Senior Specialist is responsible to prepare the pipeline of contacts according to the defined criteria and collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute business development strategies through the use of CRM & prospection tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop close relationships with sales teams in order to promote effective sales methodologies;
  • Develop the market  on assigned industries and goes through promotional activities, scouting, etc.;
  • Conduct research into the industry – including competitor research;
  • Prepare push materials and commercial communication with the objective to fix meetings with potential clients for the Sales Team Members;
  • In advance of a sales meeting, conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer in order to build relationships with the customer and understand their unique needs;
  • Prepare the technical and commercial documentation to support the offers; this preparation includes personalization of materials to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing, and compelling customer presentation;
  • Work with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and solutions provided;
  • Apply a broad knowledge of services and offerings on a case-by-case basis to assist the quotation process
  • Increase demand generation through support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to provide guidance related to appropriate matching of the services to customer requirements;
  • Execute other tasks, in line with the competencies and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent standing;
  • Experience in pre-sales and sales processes min. 2 years;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills ;
  • English: proficient, another European language proficiency will be a plus;
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and programmatic and  some previous experience in ad tech is a plus;
  • Good understanding of the information technology and software area and some previous experience in software extended/outsourced teams is a plus;
  • Educated to college or degree level (Advertising, Business or Management, Communications, IT or computer science, Marketing, Psychology);
  • Tech and Data-Savvy;
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen;
  • Ability to effectively present to customers “remotely” using virtual technologies;
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
