Sales Representative

We are actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our company. Main responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients’ needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic adjustments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education in Business, Marketing, Communication or any relevant field.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Experience with CRM & Sales softwares
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality work efficiently.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Albanian.
