Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. The role involves driving sales efforts, building long-term client relationships, and promoting company growth within the German market. The Sales Manager will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and contributing to strategic sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Present and pitch company services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports for management.
  • Manage client communications and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
  • The candidate must be currently based in Germany or willing to relocate.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
