Human Resources Intern

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources/Recruitment Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of HR and recruitment within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Aid in maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and databases.
  • Collaborate with team members on HR projects, including onboarding, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of job descriptions and other recruitment materials.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward taking on new challenges in the HR/recruitment domain.
