Digital Campaign Executive (French)

Campaign Executive Assistant formulates and runs digital marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other organizations. The primary role of the Campaign Executive Assistant is to set up, execute and ensure the successful performance of the campaigns according to the agreed KPI’s. As an Campaign Executive Assistant you work directly on media trading and execution platforms, typically in the space of programmatic advertising as well as develop partnerships with potential suppliers. You work together with the customer success department to develop the acquired clients so as to ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign implementation, management and optimization
  • Manages under AM’s supervision the implementation and optimization of the campaigns, implements and ensures that all ad media are updated at all times
  • Does the technical implementation and setting of the of campaigns;
  • Guarantees successful delivery on internal and external platforms, on time and on budget, following the received inputs;
  • Ensures the creatives are functioning and are up to date, check the feed settings and update whenever necessary;
  • Monitors and reports all KPI to the dedicated AM, (including but not limited to revenues, cancellation rates, seasonal trends) proactively ensuring profitability of accounts assigned;
  • Works according to priorities, organises work and adheres to clear, accurate documentation, following agreed delivery processes at all times;
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Understanding of the platforms (DSPs), their functions and strategies to bring the performance
  • Google Ads or Adform or DV360
  • Result oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability
  • Full understanding of the digital ecosystem: programmatic advertising, performance marketing, retargeting.
  • You are Proficient in HTML, Excel, PowerPoint and some CRM tools;
  • Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines, team player, quick learner.
  • Passionate about striving to be the best in everything they do
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are fluent in French
  • Good analytical skills and team work
